The Integrated Service Agreement simplifies the relationship between Rockwell Automation, The Reynolds Company, and our customers by providing a single contract with a single phone number to call for support which covers many of our most common forms of support. 24/7 remote technical support through a TechConnect contract, repair and exchange services through the Remanufacturing program, on-site engineering hours, and more can be provided in a package that is tailored to support your facility and your team.
